High pitched spinning noise Ford Fusion Sport

I have a 2010 Fusion Sport 3.5L - It has about 103k miles
There is a high pitched spinning noise, almost sounding like a turbo that randomly happens in front of the passenger seat. It seems like it happens more frequent when the AC is on. Took it to ford twice and let the have it for 2 days each time, they couldn't re create the issue. When I accelerate the spin gets faster and more high pitched , then gets lower pitched on deceleration. I have attached a video with the noise.

Doesn't look like anyone responded here but I was thinking maybe the drive belt tensioner? It would be on the passenger side in the engine bay. But I would think if that were the issue, Ford would have identified that. It may not be too difficult and expensive if you have basic mechanical skills and wanted to tackle that yourself.
