I started the Zaino on the car today, and it's turning out pretty good. I'm gonna do a couple more coats of Z5 tomorrow, and then top with Z2.

HWM3,
Did you just add the Zaino overtop the pre-existing wax? or did you clay bar it first?
I'm debating on going with Megiuar's... or with Zaino...
how difficult (or complicated) is the process with Zaino... I've heard one needs a clay bar, dish soap, Z1, ZFX, Z2, Z5,Z6,Z7...
looking at all that, it's going to be too much cash and too much of a pain in the a$$ for me right now (my two little girls won't give me that much time :lol

I didn't apply the Zaino over any other wax. After a thorough wash, I polished the entire car with Meguiars swirl remover, then clay barred the car. After that, I did 4 total coats of Z5, topped with 2 coats of Z2, with a wipe down of Z6 between each coat. The results are outstanding. Absolutely nothing sticks to the paint, making it very easy to keep clean.
The key to success with Zaino is to apply it in very thin coats, which takes some extra time and care. If you don't have the time, your probably gonna get better results from a wax like Meguiars NXT.
