Found a decent deal on a car at a small dealership. The sales guy said it was a trade-in, but I ran a quick VIN decoder and it hinted it might have been a rental or fleet vehicle.
Can a full history report confirm that kind of use? And if it was a rental, should that change how much I offer? I’ve heard rentals are usually beat up, even if they look clean.
