Unfortunately no, different MAF sensor and housing. The shape is correct but not the electrical. Check out the Cosworth setup for the Focus 2.3 from FocusSport. Looks like it could work with the addition of a vacume fitting from the pipe to the base of the throttle body, but it's an expensive experiment.

Different also, smaller and taller. That's the problem, Ford likes their parts to be specific to Ford only.
