I got a 12 inch JL W6 and a bazooka amp ELA500.1 It has 500 Watts at 2 ohm and 375 at 4 How should i hook this up 2 or 4? and i was just wondering if the sound changes from 2 or 4?

Go return & replace that amp. That amp will overheat and short out like crazy. CC used to sell bazooka; they stoped b/c of over heating. You have one of the best subs; don't give it the worst amps possible. Sorry but I think Bazooka amps are POS like profile, crunch, Sony etc. If you want to save money try Alpine, Kicker, MTX, Rockford Fostgate, Kenwood even hi-fonics. All those brands make good & reliable amps. Better yet tell me your amp budget.

How many subs? What voice coil configeration of each sub?

got one sub i used to have a alpine R hooked to it and it worked good and would there be a amp for under 200
