Awesome! What vehicles did she look at? Did she drive any of them? Just curious what her thoughts were on the other vehicles.

She hasn't driven anything yet. She was also looking at the Altima and G6. She doesn't like the crazy sunroof on the G6 (and does want a sunroof), and thought the Altima was too cramped. Her priorities include rear seat room, mileage, and manual transmission. Since the G6 only comes with a manual in one of the V6s, the Fusion blows it away for mileage.
I wish I could get my GF to live within her means and get a Fusion or a Milan... but noooo.. she wants a G35 coupe when she starts her new job in september :dunno:

Well she is graduating with a degree in accounting and will be working at a local larger firm while living with her mom rent and utility free for a year. I'm trying to convice her to keep her current casr for a few years though. Her dad just bought her a 2006 Toyota Crapolla last summer.
my GF has a great job but she's not big on cars she went with a 2.5 VW Jetta (I told her to get the 2.0T but she wouldnt listen) she paid 21k which is less than what I paid for my fusion. Hopefully your girl will get a fusion. Bummer jaydez those G35s while nice are pricey, if she's gonna go that route get her a bmw instead
VW Jetta was my second choice next to the Fusion. However, I found them very expensive when comparing option for option. I wanted a Jetta 2.5 auto with PKG 1 and the lowest price I could get was 21,800! I ended up with a loaded Fusion SEL V6 for 23,000!

Congratulations!!! Beautiful choice. I really like the combination of the bright chrome grille and the dark blue paint. Really stands out in a very nice way.
