Only if you experiance problems directly related to the new springs otherwise all warranties remain in effect.

No aftermarket part will void your vehicle warranty. If an aftermarket part directly causes issues with your car, that particular issue may not be under warranty. But burden of proof is on the dealership to show that your aftermarket part DIRECTLY caused the issue.
