Hi cmal. Blind Internet diagnosis is not possible for an issue like this. Your best course of action would be to get a second opinion from another Dealership or an independent shop you trust.

Also, you are not providing much information. Who replaced the driver door and fender? You? The same Dealership that told you the "door harness was wrong"? When did the other problems begin? Right after the door and fender were replaced? If the Dealer installed the "wrong door harness, why aren't they making it right, etc.?

Either way this can not be blind diagnosed.

Let us know how you make out and good luck.
Seems like the two are completely unrelated... however, theoretically a problem with the electronic door module could impact other electronics. And realistically, if the door harness is the cause then it's more likely the technician than the harness. Good question about who worked on the harness. Presuming you've already checked all the fuses? Recommend getting a good quality scan tool (or finding a non-dealership with smart technicians) and see if there are any trouble codes related to electronic modules, e.g., powertrain control module, body control module, driver's door module. If you start poking around with a digital multimeter make sure it's got sufficient impedance to handle delicate electronic circuitry.
I don't think the fender has anything to do with the radio, is it possible that it is broken itself?
