I'm still in my late morning funk and can't find anything on the forum right now. My question is at what point does someone selling stuff (or at least advertising it) need to become a sponsor in order to use the forum? This specifically relates to a person making a product and selling it himself in a group buy type scenario.

Again, if I could find the sponsorship rules right now then I'd probably answer my own question.

If it's a person making & selling something, that's what the Bronze level was designed for. It depends on exact circumstances though.
