Hi y'all - sorry I didn't find this sooner, but I think we need to have some more nominations before a poll is opened, that way everyone nominated gets the same amount of time to be voted on, and people don't have to change votes, etc.

I'm going to take over Di's first post there in the same style as my last shot at this. Let's get some more nominations - let's get 8-10 if possible that way we can have some good discussions and get 4 new SMs!

Scratch that - going to start a new thread because this poll, too, is screwed up! ;-)
