Six bar grille for your fusion!  I was unable to find a good adress to set up a link but, this is a must see!  Try running a yahoo search key words - funkmaster flex fusion sema - you'll find the first listed sight is carpages.ca open the link.  There are several thumbnail pics of the fantastic fusion!  It looks like a 3d carbon body kit, only he added the 3rd lower bar to make it look like the ford 427 concept that the fusion was based on. And his interrior mods are awsome!!!!

I like the 20" in the rear and the 19" in the front. Staggered setup like I want to do.

Ya, it looks great but I wouldn't spend the coin on it - the stock grille is fine.

does the 3rd bar effect air flow to the radiator? I like the way it looks but would not want to over heat.

Most of the air to your radiator comes from your upper grille. Personally, I would only worry about an air flow restriction in the lower grille if I was running an intercooler for a turbo. If that was the case I think I would eliminate the lower grille all together!
