Bullshit! I did reply and I tried to make everything right w/you. I had no problems whatsoever with the Alpine deck, check your e-mails. I even said I would send you the reciept and alpine would fix for free and I did not get a response, ask other who I have sold to everything has been perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!
