Last night I installed the TWM shifter bushing kit. Don't waste your money. There is very little diffrence, if any. While the install was quite easy, the bushings are NOT a perfect fit as expected. There is still alot of slop in the shifter. I do plan on installing the short shifter as soon as it is available. (currently out of stock)

If you are planning on installing the shifter, you might as well install the bushings bucause you have to remove the assembly. But if you just planning on installing the bushings, don't bother.

Please remember that this is my opinion!

That's because it removes the slop out of the base, not the shifter itself. If you take your boot off and watch the base while you move the shifter, the whole thing moves around. The tranny guy at the dealership said it's got the most slop he's ever seen. But for ~$40 it's an improvement. The whole reason I bought them was because I didn't know the shifter had them included. Installing the shifter is like night and day though. It feels like a RWD car.
