I am running 225/45/18 Avon Tech M550 A/S  tires. Rev per mile = 800 Stock Rev= 802, no need to program.
On Limited 500 rims. Not to Shabby and cheap....200.00 on ebay :lol: Will drop next week H&R springs front 1.6 rear 1.9
Anyone else running 500 rims,If so have a other thoughts on tires that will fit?

Do you already have the 500 wheels on the car? Just curious because the 500 uses a 52mm offset vs. the Fusion at 44mm.

The fit is 1" outer rim edge to inner fender if you were to rim measure to fender, 1.5" from back or so.. to upper A arm, Caliper distance seems same. You will need 500 lug nuts to fit under cap. All wow aside, I just like the 500 rims,  The switch is subtle because the Limited 500 rim has a lip the Fusion SEL is smooth creating the illusion the rims look the same size. The plus lugs hidden. I will  borrow a fusion 17 sel which I had and take a picture of SEL on front and 500 on back for effect. Again you would have to like the style to be worth a set of tires and rims. Also hub centric size is 67.1mm on Fusion ,The 500 rim hub centric size is 63.5mm, Wheel adapters used. or line bore. Hope this helps.

They are 18X7, 5 LUG,4 1/2" BOLT PATTERN,52MM OFFSET,HUB CENTRIC 63.5MM,FORD PART NUMBER IS 5G13-1007-BD,7G1J-1007-AA  8)

Looks like the oustside edge is going to come in 5/16 (away from fender edge towards centerline) and its going to come in (towards centerline) 5/16 on the inside. Looks like the overall diameter is almost the same 25.85(17) and 25.97(18) with the same tire. It should work fine provided it mounts. I would love to see the pics when you get it done

Okay I got the pictures,had to use my cell, sony broke. Sorry about the quality,I tried to show the stance and how the rims fill the wheel wells. The pictures do not do it justice. I am also using 1" adapters to bring them out to edge. A eibach drop and I belive we will have something stock unique. Hope you like. I saw a 500 on local ford lot with those rims, but they where chrome! i was like wow.. i want to get some on my car... they where off a 07 500 SEL

To those running adapter or spacers, what if any issues have you had? Is any vibration / out of balance present / felt?
