Value: $289.95 + shipping

Eligibility:
This raffle is open to anybody on ANY FMVperformance.com site (SmallVolvos.com, Mazda3Forums.com, FordFusionClub.com, MazdaSpeeders.com) who has a minimum of five posts (Posts must be attained by time of drawing. Purchases may be made with less than five posts. Should a winner be drawn who does not have five posts, a new winner will be drawn using the next days data). Paid employees of FMVperformance.com, TrapZero SO and RPM, their affiliates, parents and subsidiaries, are not eligible. FMVperformance retains the right to remove post count based on "useless" posts.

Shipping:
Shipping to Canada and the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) is FREE. Shipping cost to you in other countries will be based off of the amount extra to these locations as compared to shipment to the United States.

Drawing:
The winner will be drawn on or about March 8, 2007. To determine the winner, standard "h mod c" rules will be used based off of the total hit count attained on March 7, 2007 as determined and recorded on Mazda3Forums.com via server statistics applications of choice.

The actual math behind h mod c:
Daily Hits / Tickets = x
strip x of decimals
Hits - (x * tickets) = y
y+1 = winner

This method is completely random and insures the greatest fairness, as it is impossible to predict the exact number of hits that will be achieved on any given day.

Alternative Free Entry Method

For the first time, FMVperformance will be offering a free entry method for this raffle. Rather than donating monies to the forum, you can chose to write an Article on any topic of your choice. The article must be a minimum of 750 words and be of professional quality. After review, you will be granted three (3) free tickets for an article about a non-automotive subject, or five (5) free tickets for an article about an automotive subject. Should we accept it and grant the tickets, this article becomes the property of FMVperformance, to do with as we will. It will be, at a minimum, posted in the FMVarticles section. The author (that's you), retains the right to have his name on it. To enter in this manner, please send the articles and any accompanying photographs (if applicable) to [email protected] (without the NO SPAM of course).

Just as an FYI guys, I'm out of state until Weds, so if I don't update the list, don't think I didn't get the donation.

What happens to the donated money? Will it be offered to a good charity?

Just curious.

Um, it's a donation to FMVperformance for the continued operation of these sites, as all monies generally donated are.

Okay, it's cool.

I only ask because I ran a raffle on my site and donated all the money to "toys for tots" just before christmas. I wasn't sure if this raffle was along those lines.

Ah no. We have occasionally done things for other charities (The tsunami, for example), but for the most part, we're trying to fund our own expenses. It's no problem though, glad you asked :)

It's still like 1/4 the size of all the other raffles we've ever done.
