I have an 2007 fusion SEL. I am wanting to put a aftermarket cd player in it. Is it easy to do. Will i have to rewire my entire car if i do this? I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice here. Thanks!
I opted for the Pioneer DEH-P4800P (I don' think they have this model any more though). I also purchased the PAC SWI-PS to retain the steering wheel controls. If you purchase it from Crutchfield you'll get the harness, dash kit and antenna adapter with the cd player. Also, if you can use this discount code you'll get $20.00 off $200.00 and I'll get a $20.00 credit as well. If you are not going to spemd that much use this one. Use this Crutchfield coupon code during checkout and save $20 off when you spend $100 or more. Discount may not be used on the following brands/products: Alpine, Apple, Beltronics, Borla, Bose, Creative Labs, Eclipse, Escort, K&N, Kicker, Mirage, Polk Audio, Rockford Fosgate, Tivoli Audio, Yamaha, Sony XBR TV, Crutchfield package discount offers, digital cameras, camcorders, MP3 players, gift cards, prepaid installation and programming services, "scratch and dent" or "outlet" items

If you are buying the SWI-PS make sure the Pioneer or Sony model has a wired remote jack in the back. Best bet is to call them and discuss things with them. There are some other things to be aware of also (antenna booster etc). Let me now when you are ready to install it and I will give you a few pointers.
Hey thanks a lot man i really do appreciate it. I have put cd players in cars before but i wasnt sure if i had to rewire everything or not. I definitely want to keep my steering wheel buttons thats for sure. I am still debating on which head unit i want to purchase. Thanks again for the discount codes!!!
