In an effort to avoid the perils of getting hit with over spray from a fleet of lane painters, I floored my little SEL to escape.

As the car happily powered by those DPW terrorists I noticed that it was getting rather warm in the car (98F outside, internal temp set to 65F). My car had automatically turned off the air conditioning compressor to give me the additional boost of power I needed to keep my car from turning yellow.

It’s the little things like this that keep me loving my Fusion!

Yeah, every newer car and SUV that I have driven does that. My truck does not, but it is a low rpm, high torque engine so it really doesn't make a differerence if the AC is on or not.

The firdt couple weeks i had my fusion(oxford white), they were rebuilding part of the beeline highway or otherwise known as the 87, but driving on it i just heard the tar spitting up and all over my car. I had to buy like 3 cans of bug n tar remover and wash it like 5 times before it was all off. Just little black spots all over... :( glad its gone now.
