Big thanks to Mark [confusion] to driving out to Mt. Trashmore to meet up with me while I was on vacation for a bit. It was great to meet a member on the site and see one of the few dropped Fusion's. I also was privelaged with a ride in it, too. I must say that there is not a noticable degradation in the smoothness of the ride, but it sure does handle alot better, and stay flatter in the corners.

Thanks, Mark!

The back IS lower than the front. The H&R is 1.6" in the front and 1.9" in the rear.

Clarification- I know the drops are different between the front and back, I've lowered a car before :D. What I meant was the front drop isn't dramatic between the two cars (front of blue vs front of red). However, in the back, you can tell a big difference between the two cars. Either way, it does look good and I know what a difference it can make in handling.

Ming321,

You need to take into consideration that Swoops car has the body kit including the front fascia chin spoiler so it does make both cars look about the same height. But when Adam took the pictures his comment was to compare the two between the heights of the mirrors. By the way Adam, that is the best looking body kit for the Fusion I've seen still, anyone who buy's your car would be getting a top shelf ride.

Like I stated in the regional section, everyone should trust what Adam has to say about all topics, he's an impressive young man and I'm not usually impressed with anything.

Ming,

I see what you are saying now, after the re-phrase. Sorry for that one!

Mark,

Thanks for the comment/compliment. I usually don't say something that I don't know anything about, lol.

My original point wasn't meant to be a negative. I think it looks great. I wouldn't like it so much if it looked like some lowrider sitting on the ground or some rice burner dragging his fart can around. I too enjoy swoops comments, you can tell he's a car guy. I wish they had things like this (websites and forums) around when I was his age. It's much easier to stay educated and in touch now than it was in the early 90's. :irock:

You should drop the front more than the rear... :?
[/quote]I dont think that would look good. Most of the people out there want an even ride height, hence why the rear usually has to come down more than the front. With the weight of the engine, the front usually sits lower anyway.
