Just so everyone is on the same page, and so you are aware of what he's been told, here is my last response to his latest tantrum:

Something you don't seem to realize is that it's impossible for the staff to keep tabs on every single member making every single post, every single second. Anything we find ourselves, we take care of. Most of the issues we deal with are brought to our attention by members. If you've had issues with other members in the past, you should either report them or PM a staff member. If that staff member can't seem to help you, you should PM another staff member. We do the best we can as far as distruptive members, and porn spammers. For the most part, the spammers don't last more than 3 hours before their posts are removed and their accounts deleted. Again, we're a staff of volunteers with lives and jobs outside of this forum. We can only do so much against an entire army of internet spammers without seriously reducing mobility and access to our legitimate members.
As far as you "just being the unlucky bastard" to receive enforcement... get over yourself. I already told you that we extend that policy to everyone - and I already told you why. SO WHAT if the last post you removed was from a month ago? By that logic, anytime anyone gets a speeding ticket or otherwise commits a crime, the law they broke should only be enforced right away... if they don't get caught the same day they should be excused completely. We didn't see you removing your posts until another member brought it to our attention. You are one of 20,000 members on this forum. We can not watch everyone at once. By all means, if you're unhappy with the job we're doing - leave. You obviously have something to hide, otherwise you wouldn't feel the need to just start removing your posts so your dealership doesn't find out the things you are doing. As far as deleting your account and removing your posts... that would be counterintuitive wouldn't it? Considering your priviledges were revoked for the express purpose of keeping you from removing your posts, giving you the out your looking for would make us just a bit hypocritical. If you've said things you didn't want to say, then you shouldn't have said them.
If you want to stop posting, that's your right. However, forum rules and regulations state that duplicate accounts are prohibited. If you are caught posting with a duplicate account, it will be locked, and you may be banned from this forum altogether. Honestly, if you just plan on lurking from now on with a different account and using this site as an informative resource... the odds you'll be spotted are next to nothing. That's an option you have if you feel it's necessary.
Restrictions like the one that's been imposed on you are rarely permanent. The past few days, the tone of your messages leads us to believe that you don't have any intention of cooperating anytime soon. We're not "in the business" of making things difficult for our members. The very last thing we want to do is send anyone on their way. Make no mistake, it was YOUR actions that caused us to respond. It will be YOUR actions that can change our response.
