Fusions are selling like crazy, and dealers cannot get enough. Some dealers are selling them at price premiums and one dealer even had a waiting list. Apparently production is falling short of expectation, but not that short, and is now up to 900 units a week.
Personally I've yet to see a dealer with more than 6 F/M/Z cars at one time, and that was a combined Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealer. This situation dosen't make things easy for people wanting to buy the car. But this car really needs to succeed, Ford Motor Co. as we know it depends on it.
