Some 2006 Fusion and Milan vehicles may exhibit a speaker buzz or a squeak / rattle from the door panel area. Speaker buzz or squeak and rattle noises may be caused by the door panel.

TSB's like this are ok by me. Once in a while you get a bad lot of speakers, or one is not installed correctly. The TSB's that bother me are the mechanical ones that put your vehicle down

I know TSB's are not like recalls, but how do you get this fixed without paying a crapload?

I've always had TSBs (on Fords) fixed free under warranty.

As long as you bring your car in, within its warranty period, they have to fix it for free, as part of the warranty.
The problem sometimes is getting it in, before the warranty runs out.
