Hey hows it going? have had a new white fusion i4 5speed for 2 months now and have been looking at this board for about a month.
(just never joined til now) I want to do a lot of stuff to the car and I know this site will be an awesome resource for me. thanks in advance for all your help.

I'm a new member. Just sold my Ford Focus and Explorer and picked up an 07 Fusion,Tungsten silver,V6 SELwith Sirius sat,leather,abs,traction control and heated seats. The car is three days old. Only a little over 300 mi.The car is quiet and has ample power for what I want. I know some people are complaining about the horsepwer. If I wanted a high hp family sedan,I would have bought something else. It is what it is and the car has enough power to pass when necessary. So far with the limited mileage I have averaged 22.5 mpg in city driving. Not too bad considering my Explorer got 16 mpg. Hopefully the car will live up to my expectations and be basically trouble free. I wish they would have put real chrome instead of that fake plastic lookalike. Also looking at the Tire Rack site. I researched the Michelin tires. They aren't rated that well in the surveys. I believe it was number 15 on that list. Pricey at $148.00 each.

Ordered the new SEL 3 weeks ago, White with all the options. Can't wait. I am very glad to have found such an informed group of Fusion owners.
