Hi, I am new to the forum. I hope this is a smart group of guys and gals.
I have a 2016 fusion SE.
I am having a problem with the climate controls on my fusion and from what I've read every where else it's a common problem that so far no one can figure it out.
The cars has a message saying it can't communicate with the climate controls when this happens I have no heat or air and the passenger windows won't work. It is winter where I am at now and it makes it hard to want to pay 15k for a car with no heater. Help anyone?

Hi rdelancy and welcome to the Ford Fusion Club. Unfortunately, there are too many possible causes to be able to give any sort of accurate blind Internet diagnosis. It could be a failing/failed FCIM (Front Control Interface Module) or a multitude of other underlying causes.

In most cases like this, it will take professional diagnosis by a Ford Dealer or competent independent shop equipped the proper diagnostic tools.

Let us know how you make out and good luck.
