Just got my new Fusion. It's an SEL, fully loaded. You can see it at: http://www.68e.com/gallery/main.php?g2_view=core.ShowItem&g2_itemId=19421 Pictures aren't great, but you get the idea.

One question, I have the "Perimeter Alarm" as part of the Safety and Security package. There is nothing in the manual about that. What exactly does it do?

I've taken the car out for one drive so far, and besides the huge turning radius, it performs great.

Congrats on the new car, looks great. I also have the perimeter alarm system. It does not go off if someone bumps it or hits it. The horn and lights will go off if someone enters the car without disarming the system, IE, using the remote of proper key.

Feature: Security system
A security system sounds the horn and flashes the lights if the vehicle is entered without disarming the system.
