Here in Vegas they are not into the visual Inspection.. My ? is: If a custom exhaust is made thru a shop will it activate the CEL? Also i saw a picture on here somewhere showing more the 1 cat? I would need 1 for the V6

You won't throw a CEL unless you remove the cats. I've been toying with the idea of just having our stock resonator removed.

I thought about doing the same thing, the stock resonator is a Helmhotz design. Sort of a Flowmaster approach, little noise cancelling doors in a empty camber with no packing. Probaly replacing it with a Magnaflow resonator which is nothing more than a glasspack muffler might be the answer to increase flow. If I do this I'll put out some results.

we are working with swoop1156 to try to get a magnaflow cat back system on his to try it out. confusion, if you want to try the magnaflow magnapack out, id be willing to give you one at cost so we can see what the results are

I mailed Magnaflow my proposal, but their email system rejected it. Losers. I guess the attachment size was too big, so I sent them another email. So, yeah. Soon, buddy...soon. :klavergreg:

Me? It's coming here in a few weeks. I am hoping by the first of June I'll have a system one way or another...Magnaflow or custom.
