It's a 1979 Bill Blass Mark V continental with moon roof. 75,000 original kms. Original paint and white leather interior. My plans are to fix the headlight vacuum switch so the headlight covers come down...and that's it. I'm now the second owner... original owner was my Dad, I inherited it. Haven't been around much, just been busy getting divorced. :lol:

wow, VERY nice mark you've got there.
I've always thought of those as a real "mans" car. Very gangster and i love it lol.

Is the 400ci V8 all original too? They were under-performers compared to the 460 that you could still get in 1978. The 460 was completely eliminated in the Mark Series in 1979. That interior must be an "original custom" exclusive to that edition. I don't know that I've ever seen piping as "original" for a Mark Series Lincoln...... but then again you are in Canada and they had some extras/options that weren't available to US.

Damn, that is sweet man. Since I just bought a new car, its going to be awhile, but I definitely want to pick up an older car. I used to have a 73 Chevy Caprice Classic convertible that I loved. I think I'm going for a Ford Fairlaine next time around...

That's cool. That thing is a road cruiser, never meant to be a "performance" car. Probably rides better than a lot of newer cars LOL
