I've had my I4 Auto SE for one year as of today. 9400 miles. I still like it as much or more than the day I bought it. No problems so far. Paid it off last month. :D

Our SEL AWD 2007 Fusion will be 6 months old on June 4 and now has about 3,200 miles on it. Other than poor (14.8 mpg) in-city gasoline mileage, we have zero problems with the car. It is the nicest automobile that we have ever owned, with lots of creature comforts and an ample supply of bells and whistles. It is a fun car to drive, handles extremely well, has a good radio and looks sharp.

My I4 auto also just turned one in April and has now 19,800 miles. Its still drives and smells like new and still gets at least 30 in mixed driving. Ill take in on a 1800 mile trip next week! No problems to report but I did have the reflash done. Its up there with the best cars I have owned! :D

It boggles my mind how you can bring up your mileage in any thread, no matter what the topic is. You sir, have a problem other than the bad mileage you're getting. :(

The poor mileage is the car's only negative characteristic but it is a significant one. I wouldn't want a reader to consider an AWD Fusion if they were at all concerned about in-city gasoline mileage. I apologize for boggling your mind. That's not my intent. :(

Yeah, we get 24-26 in highway driving also. Not so bad. It's the in-city, short hops driving that's eating up the gasoline. Fortunately, a full tank is good for about week to 10 days. This $3 a gallon stuff is a real killer. It's only going to get worse.

Mine is 13 months old and I already have 27,000 miles on it!

Do you still like it as much as when it was new?

I actually like it more now than when it was new. I still look forward to getting up in the morning and shifting through the gears. There is something about a 5spd manual that makes this car just FUN to drive. This week I am playing a "game" with myself - to see what type of mpg I can knock down by shifting at 2000rpm or less. My computer indicator says 29.5mpg now. It is fun to see it rise every day. Then some days I just want to rev the hell out of it, shifting at 4500rpm or more, enjoying the powerband of the 2.3, even though my mpg computer reading says 24mpg. Plus I have 3 tunes I can switch back and forth between - running either 87 or 92 octane. All in all, I enjoy this car more every day I drive it. After lugging it around at low rpm for some time, the power in the upper rpm ranges always amazes me. The FUN factor is what the manual is all about, at least for me!

Had mine 1 year and 1 month. Love this car I just wish it was not black since I am a little ocd about washing it and washing it right. Anyways I get complements all the time. It now has 12,600 miles and when I am driving to my parents all highway I am getting 35 mpg with the I4 Auto in town I am getting between 21-25 depending how hard I drive it which is hard not to do sometimes.
