Regional Coordinator is needed methinks.

I got the following PM and figured I would post it here so it could be addressed.

I am not 100% sure who to talk to about this but I figure a senior moderator is a good start. We have started regular meetings in London, and I noticed that there isn't a moderator in the Canada / London board. Is there an official way to become a mod?

Honestly, I know nothing about London, Ontario. FrostyFire should be able to chime in on whether or not they need a Regional Coordinator.
I thought Jared was west coast of Canaduh... Ontario is more in the east, if I have my geography straight. I think an RC would be a good upgrade, but we need Admin for that.
