got my SE V6 on 2-07, sad to say already in shop.  getting a rattle in passenger door and a popping kinda sound in dash when the heat is going, like something is opening and closing.   :(

Let us know what's the deal there ..

I had the rattle in the passenger door only happen once .. was very very bad when it did happen, but has been quite since then.

I get the rare tick, crack or creek as the car heats up in the AM too. Usually associated with some street bump.

Complain directly to Ford about the dash popping. You aren't the only one that has it. If enough people complain, they'll hurry a fix up for it. I tore my entire dash apart and fixed it myself.

talk about a quality fix, the shop used foam tape on the edge of the door trim to fix part of the rattle that still come and goes,  they also tightened up a speaker mount on the rear passenger speaker.
the popping... well they said they couldn't hear it in the shop, thought it might have been something just settling in (give me a break).

i get the clicking sound in my dash occassionally too. after a couple of months, it stopped except for maybe a hard bump in the road, i can still hear it. also after listening to alot of bass, my driver side door speaker sounds like its rattling, but if i put pressure on it when im driving, it stops. so who knows. other than those few things, this car is awesome.
