Yeah, I saw those same pics. This car was being auctioned off on ebay for a Latin Fashion show or something. If you look the car up in ebay, will will see the supplers whihc made/contributed to the VOGA Milan.
I called the company "Wheel to Wheel" that did the lower grill insert and they had another shop do it for them. The guy mention the method they used was vacuum metalize, which is taking the existing pieces out and putting them in the vacuum process.
The wheels on the Voga Milan are H.R.E., nice 20". I looked those up and found out that theya re $1000 a wheel. That is too much IMOP!
Like I said. Look up 2006 Voga Milan on ebay and the spec/suppliers are all there.
