I have 2010 fusion automatic trans 4 cylinder. Replacing master cylinder can I put one on from a Manuel trans but same car? Only difference is interior package stuff

Hi ejc and welcome to the Ford Fusion Club. Only if they are the same part number, or an updated part number for the old one.
That may be the case here, but there is no way for us to know.
