I rented the 2010 (or 2011 I don't know which) MKS while in Ft Lauderdale over the weekend and that is one FINE ride! I drove it around the city and the highway of course.. I got up to speeds around 90mph on 95 South to Miami and it was really smooth and quiet. When I first saw it, it looked kind of big, but I got used to it in just a few minutes. Wherever I drove it, people were like that's a nice car. What is it? They were surprised it was a Lincoln. Truthfully I had forgotten about the car too, until I went to pick up my rental, which was supposed to be a Ford Taurus, and they had a special on the Lincoln for an upgrade. So I took it. After driving it the last 3 days, I'm thinking about getting one! The nav/sync system in the MKS is awesome. I had to take some pics of it too..

Yeah, I'm a big fan of the MKS as well.

+1
I'm debating 3 cars...MKS, CTS (500+hp is appealing), 370z

One of these will be the next toy
I just rode in the backseat of one on Saturday, it was very comfy!
Wooo im jealous! Although i've never driven one, im pretty sure that once im tired of this one it will be time to step it up to the MKS.

And yes, the THX/NAV system in the Lincoln's is incredible.

The giant Lincoln badges all over the car wasn't a big enough hint :lmao:
I wish like hell that instrument panel would fit in the Fusion.....it would be right.

It doesn't?

I'd hate to know it did and I didn't have one..

does it fit?
Not sure, I never drove one. I just assumed that it would fit since its still a sister car. :dunno:
What do you mean by sister car? The MKZ is on the CD3 platform, not the MKS. It is a luxury Taurus.
Nope, it's the D3 platform that is shared by the Taurus, MKS, Montego, Five Hundred, Taurus X, Freestyle, Sable...
Looks very nice. I love the THXII/Nav in my MKZ. It's the first factory system I will not have to touch.

How about to fit the steering wheel with paddle shift ?
There is no way that it would ever function. You would need to do an entire electrical system swap plus possibly a trans swap.
