It's all so simple:

1) Order by the case. 2) Get MultiGrain wheat bread. 3) Be patient. 4) Within months a boat will arrive at a port near you. 5) Some shipping damage is to be expected, but nothing to get riled about. 6) Eat. 7) Enjoy. 8) Avoid food poisining.
