Guys I'm a little confused in installing my amp. I don't know any at all about this, but I'm trying to do it myself, reading instructions and what not to avoid installing fees from places like bestbuy. How do I connect my amp to my head unit? My factory head unit doesn't have RCA connectors. My amp does have the alternative input lever speaker connector, but how do I connect this physically to the radio? DOn't know how to do it? Is there a speaker level input to RCA converter?

what's the specific converter for the ford fusion factory head unit?

Yup I just bought it at walmart for about 17 bucks. Now I'll see if I can connect this. Thanks.

Yes. You need the line level converter. But make sure you tune it correctly. I mean if you get a system that hits your going to need it. Check this shit out!

there is room in the door molding  (bottom) piece.  They are held in by metal clips and snap out pretty easy....

i think he's talkin about the amps power to the battery. If so drill above the peddels a little white plastic peice it goes to the engine bay run the wire threw and seal it after. kinda gehtto but thats what i did mine wasnt planning on driving under water anyway.

On the right side of the firewall (drivers side) there should be a rubber grommet about halfway down where the factory wiring gows through. Its a PIA but you can push your power wire through it (next to the factory stuff) and then fish it out under the dash. Then run it behind the plastic trim panneling down the drivers side of the car and under the back seat.
