I like most people, have a problem reading the oil level on cable dipstick that come with the I4 engine.
has anyone come up with something that work better?

what problems are you having, I can read the oil level just fine.

I too find it very hard to read. (I did my 1st oil change @ 500 miles and 2nd one 2,200 miles later so the oil is clean and very hard to see.) What I do is check the back of the stick and look for light reflecting off it because the front of the stick is useless.

I also find it very difficult to read...no excuse for this.

the dipstick only has hash marks on it... my other cars have shown a full line a low line an maybe a add 1 quart line
