Today while out getting lunch I was driving in a parking lot and another car started honking at me and waving.. I'm like "who the hell is that!"

i didn't notice until they pulled off, but it was another fusion! that's the first one i've seen on the road besides mine! they were so happy to see another one I guess they decided to make nice. :werd:

I live in the Atlanta area. I've seen maybe 6 or 7 since I've had mine.

Live in Los Angeles, California. I've only seen one and that was on the way back from Las Vegas on the 15FRWY. Color of the other Fusion was red. But since I've seen that Fusion I've yet to see any other in metropolis Los Angeles. Weird. It will $uck if I see one that is the same model and color as mine. But I cannot say I am sorry, the more the better I say. I am just hoping that when I see the next Fusion that it is own by a single lovely lady, that is rich (yeah right)  :dance2: Hey I can wish can't I. :csweeney:

I've owned mine here in Kentucky for six weeks, and I also saw my first other Fusion yesterday. It was being driven by a 70-something year old woman--so much for my thinking of this as a sporty car!

The car may be a bit "sporty," but it's no sports car. This is definitely their mainstream car.

So speaking of which, just found out my family will be getting a Milan in Spring '07 most likely - they're my fathers new company cars for people at his level (District Managers), replacing the Sable. He does about 40k miles/yr, gets a new one at 60k or so, and has 20k on his sable... so spring 07 is a decent bet, unless he decides to go off the company car program.

Hey, I've had mine for 8 weels now & I live in MI, so I've seen about a 8 Fusions, 3 Milans & 1 Zephyr....
Yesterday I pulled up next to a Grey Fusion in a parking lot. I talked to the guy (Fusion Bud-lol),
he's got 7000 miles on his & has had two tires (Pilots) replaced already. He said the belts slipped/shifted. But otherwise he likes the car.  
My buddy at work test drove a Fusion & a 500 yesterday, says he might get the 500... I told him it's an "OLD MANS BOAT"... 8)

I saw another one today in miami. it was nearly identical to my car (Black SE V6), but it had the camel leather, mine has medium stone cloth.

plus I don't think it counted since I was on my harley.. :irock:

Hello,

I am still waiting. I keep thinking I spotted one but they turn out to be Mercedes-Benz, or other cars with a similar shape. I think I did spot a Milan but I am not familar with the Grille on the Milan or Zephyr.

Im located in Encino -Los angeles... and yet have not seen a single zypher, millan, Or a fusion...
... hoping to see atleast one.. and parhaps I'll be lucky enough to have the other person driving a fusion NOT being an 80 yrs old gremma tht will be cutting me off... (don't you just love when that happns?)

I keep reading how these cars are selling like hotcakes and the factory can't build enough, but I've owned mine for two months now and have only seen one other one on the road. Driving by two local dealers, they still have the same cars on the lot that I test drove two months ago before I bought this one.

On the ohter hand, I am still receiving lots of compliments and "what kind of car is that?" from people.

I have not spotted a single Ford Fusion, Mercury Milan, Lincoln Zephyr on my route. When I thought I seen one, it was a BMW or Cadillac. :?

I live in Alpharetta.... I have seen one so far, a black one ( SEL ) was nice to see I wasnt out there alone..LOL

I saw my first Fusion today. It was redfire. The only other "triplet" I saw was a Zephyr about 2 weeks ago. I live in WNY and travel all over so they must not be catching on here if I only have seen 2 so far.

Finally seen a cousin of my Fusion, a Red Lincoln Zephyr. It was beautiful. Gave the Hi sign and laters and drove-off. :wavey:

Saw another Milan yesterday for the first time. It was the dark red and no response from the driver.

Well... it has been alomust a month now since I've bought my Fusion, and today on the way home from work I saw another Fusion on the freeway.. it was new since it had no plates on (but then some people don't put them on for months).
Anyhow... the driver didn't seem to be too friendly seing my fusion.. he started accelerating.. so I floored it and took off... *sigh*
