It appears that my seat belt has rubbed a hole in the side of the driver's leather seat on my 2006 SEL Fusion and I was wondering if anyone else has this problem? I took it to the dealer about two months ago and they replaced the back of the seat but it has another hole in it now.

That's really weird. No abnormal wear here.

they need to replace the foam AND the leather. If the foam has a hard spot from the heat molding, then it will always rip a hole in the same spot. This is rare, but it does happen among ALL car seats. Also if the foam piece is irregular, it might overexpose the chair frame.
Hopefully its not due to you wearing a pair of pants or a jacket with a button or some rough material that has a slight kink it in to cause the problem.
