I've brought this up a couple of times for us to look for a new Mid Atlantic RC as neither Jeb or Roxy are really on anymore. The reply each time was something along the lines of "Roxy still does stuff, and Jeb's been here awhile". I know Jeb's a cool guy and always happy to help people out, but he's not really around anymore, sold his 3 nearly three years ago, hasn't logged in in a month, and hasn't posted since 12/08. I doubt he'd have a problem losing his badge. As for Roxy I can't say, but if she feels she's not around much it could be time to have someone else step in.

I know many people don't really like his style, but as far as being active and going to meets/shows TEKWATCH would be ideal for a western NC RC.

Woah when the heck did that happen? If she's up for being a RC then I certainly don't have an issue with it. That said she did DOR from being a moderator. Granted RC'ing while having some mod powers isn't really the same as being a mod so maybe she'd go for it. Has anyone asked her?

I still also think Troy would likely make a good RC.

a bunch of the permissions were messed up a month or so ago so that's probably the issue. For a while the mods could only mod the moderator section......... arguably the place with the least need to be moderated.

Drop a PM to acctmaint or one of the regular admins and they should be able to sort it out.
