Help, I want to know if Brand New Focus ZX5 brake rotors will fit on my Fusion?

Does anyone know if the fusion brake rotors and Focus brake rotors are interchangable? I have a pair of NEW in the BOX cross drilleed Brembo OEM size for the FRONT disk on my focus which i wanted to install on my fusion IF they fit. Anyone have info? I know Ford swaps parts alot on thewir cars.

The Fusions are 5 lug and the Focus' are 4 lug.

Yes, stupid me just realize it also.... oh well, does anyone want a pair of brembo Cross drill for a focus ?? cheap
