Have a 2016 fusion titainium with 2l Ecoboost Fwd

I use this as my daily driver for work doing field service so during the week it's got 200-300 lbs of tools and parts in the trunk and on most weekends I've got 400lbs of scuba gear in the back. This i believe is the reason I get horrible tire wear in the back like neg camber and chopping due to trunk bounce?
Dealers are no help they say I should rotate every3k fuck that I'd be in the shop every two weeks.

I just order Bilstein b6 for the rear and think springs should be done as well. I Don't want to lower. A friend said I should look into what the energi or hybrid uses for springs. What say the masses what should I get for rear Springs with part numbers would be helpful.
