Yea I have an idea for them.  Alot of people are doing it now to their stock housing lamps.  It is called a H.I.D retro fit.

Basiclly I am trying to make the headlights like the Zephyr.  Nice and fancy.  Here is more info on what I am going to do..

You guys should try it...

I am also going to do an L.E.D retro on the tail lights.

If Ford didnt want to spend the time and budget on our lights like Lincoln did with their Zephyr, then I will.

No need to remove the assembly. The bulbs were intended to be removed from the inner wheel well. There is an access door held on by a phillips screw.

ajp745li is correct. After removing the bolts on the top of the headlight assembly, there is another bolt behind the grill. Unfortunately, at least on the Milan, you have to remove the whole front bumper fascia to get at it. Be careful of the area around the parking light. Once all the bolts holding the bumper fascia are removed, you have to pop out the fascia under the parking light by inserting a small flat blade screwdriver and push down on the fascia. It's held in on both sides via snap together technology (raised tab that slides under a plastic holder) and they are not easy to get to release.

Good luck!

Did you seriously just resurrect a 5 year old thread with some question that had nothing to do with the original topic?
