I placed an order for these as well two days ago, with payment info and HAVE NOT received an order confirmation, getting nervous.

GENTLEMEN, I WILL STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU THAT WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO INQUIRE ABOUT A PLACED ORDER, SEND US A "PM" INSTEAD OF A PUBLIC COMMENT UNLESS YOU WANT US TO START DISCUSSING PERSONAL CASES AND TRACKING NUMBERS OPENLY. I hope you agree this will be more appropriate.
Also, since we are not a babysitting service, we do not send daily updates.
We receive your payment and one of two things happens in the next business day:
Either we ship your product out and you get a shipping notigication, or
We take your set of brows to the body shop for painting (if color you ordred is not available pre painted), in which case there is about a 4 business day shipping delay as originally discussed.

I did check the USPS for the updates and it doesn't seem to have any update on it. Is this normal message?(below)

Mine came in, but it looks like I need to send them back to get them repainted tho. They were packaged before the finish dried, I can see wrinkles from the plastic sheets and dots from the bubble wrap. Best way to proceed?

Chris, any word on what I should be doing? In addition to posting here I sent an email to [email protected] as well. It looks like the lids were packaged before the finish had dried. It's pretty minor, sometimes you have to move it in the light to notice... but I would see it every time. What should I do, send them back to get them repainted? Send them back for replacements? Get a refund for the paint and get them painted here?
