I've heard from a friend who works for Motorola that they are re-designing the RAZR, to be a little bit beefier and have more capabilities. Maybe this is a prototype that they are testing over the pond, and will be bringing over here soon?

(I'd be all over this, if I had the money and needed a new phone, lol)

I know it should be with the front facing camera for video calling, but with 1800 1900 thats just GPRS and EDGE which are 2G. If it was three I would buy it for my tmobile account. Ive liked this phone ever since I saw it on Vodafone, which is the next company I get, but I could never afford it full out.

This is a 3G phone. Its for sale on the Voda network. Its factory unlocked. I have not been able to test it out as there is no 2100 UMTS networks in my area. It just says 2.5G which is high speed data transfer.

guys,

this phone runs off of the UMTS 2100 mhz range- Sadly all the north american carriers are using 1900 for UMTS (The future will have to bring multi-band UMTS phones to us)

I purchased the same phone today, its a great phone but I would suggest waiting for Motorola to release one on 1900.

Cheers,
G

The OP hasn't posted since June 30th, so this phone may no longer be for sale.  I sent him a PM requesting the status of this thread.
