:wavey:
I have for sale an Ibanez Artwood series AW20 6-string acoustic guitar. The color is Honey Sunburst. It has a glossy finish to it (full of fingerprints right now, but it cleans up easily). I replaced the strings with a set of Black Diamond light gauge strings (.012, .016, .024, .032, .042, .053) not too long ago. The guitar is only on its second set of strings and has seen very little use. Aside from the fact that it's been sitting in my room for a while, it's practically new. I bought it to try and learn guitar, but I didn't get very far with it. Now it's not getting any use and it's a shame for it to just sit here.
It's a bit on the bulky side as far as acoustics go. It makes a great starter for someone. I don't think it's sized appropriately for a child, though. It has a very full sound, a bit on the deeper side. It's currently tuned E-A-D-G-B-E. I have provided a sound sample of the strings. There aren't any major scratches on it that I can see, just a couple nicks but they're not noticeable. All in all, it's in great condition. Ibanez advertises that the Artwood series is designed so that as the guitar ages, the sound gets fuller-- for whatever that's worth.
Items I'm including:
Please note, I do not have a case for this guitar. It has been stored in my room upright on a guitar stand all along. It has never been taken outside of my home. I will take the guitar to my local UPS store and have them package & ship it for me. It would be convenient for me if someone local would pick it up, but I don't mind shipping it.
Asking price for this package is $195 shipped within the US. Package will be insured.
Price is $160 if you're picking up locally (Philadelphia metro area, I'll provide address through PM).
Sound samples -- don't laugh if these chords are off, I'm a complete n00b
