It's the large Red Head Set in the top right  Nintendo's atempt to come out with a stand alone Virtual Reality head set video game system.  The bigest complaint i ever heard about it was that everything was red but it never bothered me.  The Set i have is incompleet.  You'd need to buy a power source, controler and a eye peice.  most are fairly cheap and you could compleet the unit with parts from e-bay for about $20.
