It would be great if someone could take this off my hands and out of my driveway. Buyer is responsible for smog. Car does not start but can be push started and runs- the starter went bad and needs to be replaced.

1986 300ZX 2+2 NA (Z31) 5-speed
Red exterior, black/gray cloth interior, analog gauges
252,XXX miles (est)
Registration paid through 4/8/2008
Clean title
$800 FIRM

The good
Recently installed/replaced parts (12-15 months): Catalytic converter, Monza cat back exhaust, Fuzion HRi tires 215/60/15 with 20,000+ miles remaining, thermostat, heater control valve, shift boot leather, new Tokico Blue shocks, poly spring seats
Installed items: Pioneer CD/mp3 player head unit, Pioneer 3 way speakers, aux in connector (hook up an iPod), wired for a sub, external fuel cut off switch, window tint (lifetime warranty), Eibach springs, sylvania cool blue headlights, 100W h4 fog light bulbs (really light up the road)
Interior is very clean! No smoke smell, no mold, no rips or tears in seats etc. Steering wheel leather is coming off in parts- easy fix.
T-tops do not leak.

The bad
The starter is bad. Solenoid is good, gear wont engage.
I still think there is one injector problem/misfire on #5
Leaky power steering - rack needs replacing
Speedometer does not work. Cable is not broken, pinon gear and gear inside transmission need replacing.
Only 1 small dent in car on the drivers side b-pillar
Small amount of damage on the bottom most hood corner/bumper near the headlight
Part of the rubber trim around the right rear wheel is coming off.

I have several boxes of Z parts that will come with the sale of the car. Includes misc interior pieces, air box filters, wiring, etc. and rear louvers (metal, no mounting bracket)

I will include at Factory Service Manual that has been with the car since new.

Email me for more details. rdiddy.douglas 'at'
