I was wondering does anyone know where I could see about getting another chrome bar for the top and bottom. On top I do not know if it would fit, but the bottom has pleanty of room.

I would advise against adding another grille bar to the bottom opening, even though Funk Master Flex may have done that you will most likely not see that car driving down the road. Because if he were it would probaly be on the side of the road smoking due to overheating, the Fusion is a bottom breather and already runs a little warm for my liking. Blocking off that opening could cause more problems, if you notice companies like Draxas, H&R, FXwerks and others either leave the bottom as is or delete the bottom bars depending on the performance applications. Something to think about, there may be a reason the Ford engineers didn't add a 3rd bar.

would it be worth it to remove all the bottom bars and put some of the mesh in there? would it increase the air movement?

I really like the front grill, I think if you add to it would be just over kill. If you want to change up the apperance of your car, you should put in a custom grill, the billet grills look bitch'n on the car!

I saw an '08 SEL on one of the other message boards that had an added chrome bar on the bottom. There was a part number listed but I didn't get it.

The Ford part # for the chrome bar is 6E5Z-8200-C. There is no 'kit' for this mod as you will have to fabricate your own brackets for a proper installation. It is actually the same bar as the one above it just shortened about a 1/2 inch with two self-made hidden brackets for a clean look.

There are PLENTY of people on there with the 3rd bar on the grille and they use their cars everyday. Not a single complaint about temp yet. Idk where you got that 1 from....

not for me imo, i just don't like chrome. Which is why im painting my bezels flat black, my bottom grille flat black. my top grille is getting redone like my photoshop (do a search for photoshop, and you'll find my post). But, if you like it, go for it. everyone has got their own taste.
