Fusion outsold the mustang by 1500! 10500 cars isn't bad its their best selling car. Man the trucks outsell the cars though! While ford may be down the fusion is doing well and sales are increasing, the edge has had an even better launch so it could do even better so it looks like things will get better? I think so.

All in all, not a bad report.

Interestingly, we just completed a little 360-mile round trip from Salisbury, MD, to Purcellville (near Leesburg) VA, which included travel on Interstate 495, the beltway around Washington, DC. Oddly enough, we only saw three Fusions on the road during that time, but lots of Hondas and Toyotas, of course.
