FORD FUSION SONY AUDIO SYSTEM

Hi there, im new to the forum since i got my FUSION TITANIUM 14' i was really looking forward to enjoy my car rides with the SONY system the car has but was disappointed when notice is not as loud as i expected it to be, especially since i listened to a FORD EDGE with the same sony system which was way louder than mine in the Fusion. I've done some research and found that the problem is the amp itself, i was wondering if any of you guys here have had ir swapped for another OEM factory amplifier like a revel amp from a MKZ or the 600W amp thats found on the MKZ from 07-12

hope you guys can help me out on this.
