washed the fusion today, and when i was finished i noticed the goddamn drivers side headlight was
fogged up a little at the bottom. oh well, no big deal. havent had a chance to check it since this morning when i washed it. just something i'll have to mention to the dealer on my next service.

Are the Fusion headlights sealed? I know the Mazda6 headlights aren't sealed and after I took my 6 for a swim (through a 3 foot deep flood) there was a little bit of water in the headlight which caused it to fog up (when it evaporated). This happened once and never again. Maybe some water got in the headlight from your car wash. Keep an eye on it -- get back to us with updates.

Also said in the manual that 45 min of headlamp illumination will actually heat up and clear any fog on the plastic part of it :D

It's on Page 53 of the 2007 Fusion's owner's manual. 8)
